Nous recherchons des Plongeurs H/F pour notre établissement à Gstaad pour la saison d'hiver 2024-2025.

**Mission**:

- Assure le nettoyage des locaux et des équipements de cuisine
- Assure le nettoyage du matériel du restaurant
- Nettoie, range et organise son poste de travail
- Veille au stockage de la vaisselle et de la verrerie pour éviter toute casse
- Aide la cuisine selon les besoins, notamment sur certains dressages d’assiettes et mises en place
- Participe aux inventaires de la cuisine
- Respecte les normes d’hygiène et sanitaires

**Profil**:

- 1 an d'expérience à un poste similaire dans l’Hôtellerie de luxe de préférence
- Rigoureux(se), soigné(e)
- Dynamique, autonome,
- Flexible dans les horaires de travail
- Français et/ ou Anglais (bonne connaissance)
