**Your role**

Are you passionate about raising awareness and skill levels? Do you enjoy planning and delivering communication activities?

We're looking for Team Head Training & Engagement to:

- manage and develop a training curriculum (including creating new training modules)
- deliver training sessions personally as needed
- understand and address awareness gaps among different target audiences
- plan and co-ordinate communication activities (focus sessions, newsletter, intranet article etc)

You'll be working in the Group Data Management Office in Switzerland/UK and managing a small team. The Group Data Management Office facilitates the smooth running of the data management processes and provides training and coordination across various Data Governance Bodies. It is the responsibility of the Group DMO to ensure all named individuals are sufficiently trained to meet the responsibilities of their role. The Group DMO provides measures of Data Governance performance to the Data Governance Bodies and interacts with Data Sponsors, Data Owners and Data Stewards to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
