General Description:
GlobalTechnology Solutions serves the BeiGene organization with infrastructure, systems, and services that provide the foundational, maturity, governance, and innovation needed to serve patients around world. BeiGene takes the approach that access to life-changing medicine sees no borders, and GTS affects this perspective by delivering a cloud-based backbone and SaaS systems for efficient delivery, growth, and maintenance, while positioning our staff to demonstrate their domain, technical, and governance expertise as partners of the BeiGene global team.- EU currently includes top 15 countries and will further expend.- New markets include South America, South Africa, and other regions

Essential Functions of the job:
Implementation of SAP:
- Work with US/APAC ERP Leaders, Solution Managers, FI/CO Regional Business Process Owner, Project Manager, (external) Consulting Team and (internal) Core Business Team for the successful configuration, unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing of the SAP implementation.- Proactively and effectively communicate and collaborates with the User Community and with the FI/CO Regional Business Process Owner to address ERP needs and requirements across all operations in EU & New Markets.- Support the building of and effectively manage Integration Points between SAP and other systems.-
- Actively participate in Project Reviews with the Project Management Office and the Steering Committee to ensure adequacy of project resources, adherence to timelines and budgetary control.- Create clearly defined Instructions and Structured Documentation to track and control project scope.- Develop User Documentation in cooperation with the Consultants and Core Business Team.- Manage business expectations and lead change management.- Monitor and track validation progress with QA validation lead.

Ongoing Support & Maintenance:
- Take ownership for the FI/CO Global Template together with the FI/CO Regional Business Process Owner and Change Management Process to ensure effective control over changes required for localization or legal requirements.- Manage and take change requests and system configuration, development, testing and deployments.- Leads the development of policies, standards & baselines to ensure a consistent and secure framework for governance.- Manage User Help Desk tickets for disposal of service requests from business users. Hands on in SAP is required. Customizing and debugging- Work on tickets and provide Level 3 SAP Operational Support

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Build the best practice and suitable ERP Pharma solutions for BeiGene EU & New Markets- Manage ERP support and project resources and services in EU & New Markets countries.- Monitor project and CR deliverables, timeline, and budget. Measure performance. KPIs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business and/or an advanced degree- 5+ years of professional experience as FI/CO SAP consultant or inhouse expert with some exposure to Taxes and with some of the below experience:

- Financial Accounting General ledger, accrual, reporting
- Account payable (Ariba, Concur, payment run, payment method, SAP MBC)
- Account receivable (sales, revenue, gross to net conditions and contract management, credit management, dunning processes, billing and IC billing)
- Fixed Asset, FX revaluation and GL account assignment - BP and customer / vendor master data
- Finance master data: cost center, GL account, profit center, WBS element, internal order creation, maintenance
- Balance Sheet account reconciliation and experience in system like Blackline
- Cash and treasury tools for In House Bank system and integration, Hedging tools
- Reporting and consolidation knowledge with data transfer from SAP to TM1 or other reporting tools
- Tax reporting tools and indirect TAX is a plus
- EBS, bank account interface and integration
- SD module knowledge and interaction with FI
- MM module knowledge and interaction with FI- Experience in Pharma is a plus but not mandatory.- Must have experience in at least 4 ERP global implementations.- Must have an IT background and hands on experience in customizing the FI/CO module in SAP.- Strong process improvement skills and orientation.- Project management experience. PMP or any other certification is a plus.- Must have proven business and technology skills, with success providing customer-oriented technology solutions environment.- Demonstrated success as a change agent leading significant transformational initiatives in organizations.- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- English C level. Writing and talking.- Knowledge of SOX 404 and compliance practices.- Knowledge of FDA CFR Part 11 Software Validation processes.- Travel: Periodic domestic and international travel - Less than 25 %
