General Description:
The Workplace Services (WPS) Manager will ensure smooth office operations and enhance and establish administrative practices and procedures in Europe, MENA, and the New Markets region.

Essential Functions of the job:

- Regional Expansion and Portfolio Management_
- Support Regional Director WPS: Assist in expanding the Real Estate portfolio within the region.
- Business Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Regional Director WPS to develop business strategies that align with current and emerging business needs.
- Office Administration and Operations_
- Regional Office Administration: Oversee and manage the administration of regional offices to ensure smooth operations.
- Facilities Management: Manage the operations and maintenance of facilities within the region.
- Financial Management_
- Budget Development and Management: Assist in developing regional annual operating and capital budgets.
- Financial Tracking: Track financial variances and manage operational expenses.
- Contract and Invoice Management: Oversee contract, purchase order (PO), and invoice management.
- Client and Employee Engagement_
- Client Contact: Serve as the regional client contact for delivering all workplace experience services and site operations.
- Creative Solutions and Programs: Work with various teams to develop innovative solutions and programs to meet evolving business and employee needs.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service in Basel for the CEO and his direct report.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent years of experience
- At least 5+ years prior office administration/management experience, preferably in fast-growing mid-sized organizations.
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivator, ability to work without supervision
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong prioritization and organization skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to multi-task
- Fluent English
