**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, compile documents for meetings, and ensure timely communication between the executive office and other stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing and organizing board meetings, including minute-taking and distribution of meeting materials.
- Manage and execute special projects as directed by the CEO to support strategic objectives.
- Provide administrative support for the CEO's public engagements, presentations, and external communications.
- Maintain a systematic filing system and ensure all sensitive documents are securely handled and archived physically and electronically.
- Prepare contracts as required by law and company standards and policies (On-boarding, Off-boarding employees, NDAs, etc.).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an executive support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with collaboration tools.
- Discretion with confidential information and a professional demeanor.
- Proficient or native speaker of English and German.
