This position will be based in Geneva for a duration of 12 months
Start of the contract: immediately
**YOUR TEAM**
Based in Geneva you will be part of the Human Resources Shared Services team and reports directly to the HR COO.
**DAILY WORK**
**PROFILE**
General knowledge of Human Resources and, specifically, experience with work certificate administration
Minimum 3 years of experience ideally in the Banking industry
Excellent writing skills in French and English (German is an advantage)
YOUR SKILLS
Strong organizational skills, including managing priorities, efficiency, and self-autonomy
Attention to detail and thoroughness
Discretion with a good understanding of confidentiality and data privacy
Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel)
