**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Finanzbereichs
- Reporting an interne und externe Partner nach Swiss GAAP FER
- Prozessoptimierung und Entwicklung der Digitalisierungsprozesse
- Optimierung der Finanzplanung
- Mitarbeit bei Entscheidungsfindungsprozessen
- Projektmanagement

**Deine Skills**:

- Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft (Uni / FH) mit Weiterbildung zum/zur eidg. Dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer/in oder eidg. Dipl. Experte/in in Rechnungslegung und Controlling
- Mehrjährige relevante Berufs
- und Führungserfahrung
- Affinität für Digitalisierungs
- und Prozessthemen
- Dienstleistungsorientierte, durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Vernetztes Denken, analytische Fähigkeiten
- Organisation, Selbstständigkeit
