**Position**: Trading Position Management Product Owner

**Location**: Zürich Altstetten

**Engagement**: Full-Time (100% employment)

**Commencement**: 01st September 2023

**Contract Termination**: 31st August 2024

**Description**: Agius & Partners is seeking an experienced Product Owner to manage and optimize trading and sales position, as well as risk management systems, in a SAFe Agile environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own trading and sales position and risk management systems and capabilities.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Business Owners, Desk Heads, Product Managers, IT Architects, and CoE Heads to streamline processes, system enhancements, and roadmap formulation.
- Analyze business operations, draft business stories, and refine these narratives with team members, ensuring prioritized implementation in line with committed features and roadmaps.
- Guarantee platform availability and component lifecycle, working in tandem with the agile team and support roles.
- Lead the enhancement of current systems, aligning closely with all relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field in the financial industry.
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience, with proficiency in structuring, trading, risk, and product issuance flows for cross-asset structured products and derivatives.
- Exceptional communication abilities, with a talent for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Programming skills, particularly experience with Front Arena, will be advantageous.
- An analytical mindset, detail-oriented approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise as a Product Owner, with adeptness in agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, MIRO, and Office.

**Certifications**:

- SAFe PM/PO/SM certification is preferred. Other relevant agile and project management certifications are also valuable.

- Team-focused problem-solving capabilities.

**Language Proficiency**:

- Fluent in German (C1/2 level).
- Fluent in English (C1/2 level).
