Du arbeitest strukturiert und zuverlässig, lebst die Digitalisierung und datengetriebene Prozesse und Produkte. Du magst den direkten Kundenkontakt und kommunizierst auf allen Stufen und in Projektteams klar und verständlich. Du erkennst Kundenanforderungen, entwickelst Lösungen mit einer nachhaltigen Vision im Kopf und koordinierst die Umsetzung zur Zufriedenheit aller Beteiligter. Dein tiefes Wissen zu konzeptionellen und organisatorischen Themen gepaart mit Deinem allgemeinen Verständnis von IT-Plattformen wie Azure oder der MS Power-Plattform sowie Grundlagen in Data Analytics und Machine Learning helfen Dir dabei, den Kunden rundum und integriert zu beraten.
Du traust Dir Vieles zu und bist offen, Neues zu lernen. Dein Team schätzt Dich als Führungsfigur. Zudem bringst Du einen anerkannten Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss, langjährige und fundierte Berufserfahrung idealerweise in der Beratung und im Immobilienbereich und einen einwandfreien Leumund mit. Als Head of Service Unit Data & Analytics verstehst Du es das Zusammenspiel zwischen verschiedenen Immobilienmanagement-Aufgaben und den dazu eingesetzten IT-Systemen zu gestalten und zu beherrschen.

- Spannende und abwechslungsreiche Kundenprojekte in der Immobilienindustrie zu den Themen Datenmanagement und Analytics sowie Digitalisierung mit Übernahme der Projektverantwortung und Führung von Projektteams
- Strategischer Ausbau der technischen Landschaft (Azure Stack mit Fokus R) für Projekte und Produkte sowie Kostencontrolling der Infrastruktur
- Proaktive Geschäftsentwicklung im Bereich Data & Analytics durch kontinuierlichen Auf
- & Ausbau der Service Palette, Teamorganisation sowie Kundenansprache in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung pom+ Projektarbeit in unserem Office in Zürich, direkt vor Ort beim Kunden oder an einem unserer Standorte in Bern, Basel, Lausanne oder St. Gallen
- Starker Austausch mit Deinem Team sowie Deinen Teamkollegen und -kolleginnen am Hauptsitz in Zürich
- Trusted Advisor für alle Themen rund um Daten und Digitalisierung intern sowie auf externen Kundenmandaten und -events
- Verantwortung für die Zielerreichung Deiner Service Unit sowie der Kompetenzentwicklung der Berater mit Kompetenzen in den Themen Daten, Analytics, Data Science und Prozessdigitalisierung.
- Disziplinsübergreifende Arbeit mit anderen Service Units zusammen und Unterstützung dieser mit Deinen Kompetenzen sowie den Kompetenzen Deines Teams.
