**Job description**:
As a key member of the Business Management Programme Office, you will lead and oversee project portfolios and individual projects. These projects encompass cross-functional aspects, with a primary focus on Risk and Compliance areas.
Your role will involve managing complex cross-business projects that require collaboration with various stakeholders, including Front Office, Compliance, IT, and external providers.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**Projects Launch**:
- Define a clear project scope.
- Forecast anticipated project delivery benefits and return on investment.
- Map and manage stakeholders, establish effective project communication, and define an overall project governance model.
- Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Identify and assess project risks.
- Oversee the budgeting process.
- Plan and manage project resources.
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs).
**Projects Management**:
- Assess and document project change requests for Steering Committee review.
- Prevent deviations from the initial project target and scope.
- Reassess project needs, objectives, and stakeholders.
- Ensure continuous involvement and commitment from stakeholders and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Publish project reports for upper management and the Executive team, with a risk-based approach.
- Identify and report project conflicts.
- Ensure rigorous tracking of the project budget, regularly maintaining it, and escalating exceptions.
- Oversee the development and subsequent implementation of the new Target Operating Model.
**Projects Closure**:
- Measure and publish post-project benefits and ROI.
- Ensure alignment with initial requirements and document any scope changes.
- Obtain sign-off and buy-in from customers.
**Your profile**:
- Master's Degree.
- Certification such as PMI or equivalent.
- Proficiency in IT Tools: MS Project, excellent use of MS Office suite.
- More than 10 years of experience in a senior role.
- Preferred experience in private banking.
- Fluent in English and advanced proficiency in French.
**Personal Skills**:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated drive, leadership, and a "go-getter" attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of Compliance topics, including transactions monitoring, EMIR, and KYC.
- In-depth understanding of operational banking domains and systems.
- Strong knowledge and experience in various Project Management methodologies, including AGILE and Waterfall.
- Stress-resistant and able to persuade and convince.
- A good team player, resourceful, and independent.
