STAGIAIRE HR AVEC ITALIEN

Afin de compléter l'équipe des Ressources Humaines chez Capomondo SA (Genève), nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) stagiaire Assistant Ressource Humaine. L'objectif principal de ce stage est de d'aider dans les tâches quotidiennes la responsable du département.
Soutien au recrutement:

- Activation de nouveaux canaux de recrutement
- Sélection des CV
- Organisation des entretiens
- Accueil des nouveaux employés.

Soutien à la formation:

- Définition des besoins en formation
- Conception, développement et diffusion de matériel de formation créatif pour notre personnel de restaurant et de bureau

Les compétences que nous recherchons:

- Vous avez une mentalité pratique et un état d'esprit proactif
- Vous êtes flexible et capable de respecter des délais serrés
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance (écrite et oral) de l'italien et du français l'anglais est un atoût
- Vous avez une excellente connaissance des logiciels : Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint
- Rigueur et attention au détail
- Esprit d’équipe et de coopération

Durer du stage : 6 mois

Date d'entrée : Dés que possible

Type de contrat: Stage payé
