**Role Purpose**
The Manager Financial Consolidation Reporting System (FCRS) System is working closely with Head Financial Consolidation Reporting System (FCRS), the Consolidation & Reporting team and local affiliates to deliver the future Sandoz Group month end closing in the FCRS system to meet the internal and external financial reporting requirements. This includes reviewing the submitted financial data, develop and review of consolidation bookings, providing reporting guidance independently and answering accounting & reporting queries to increase reporting quality.**Your Key Responsibilities**
- FCRS month end closing process
- Perform FCRS reconciliation with published figures
- Assist local affiliates in special Accounting and Reporting areas (e.g. Training, Guidance)
- Ensure the integrity, viability and accuracy of the divisional financial reporting processes and systems
- Participates in the design, test, decision-making and implementation of FCRS system enhancements and reporting changes, including change management and communication
- Participate in the C&R processes; Executing Reporting Review & Perform regular data quality checks and trend analysis
- Sharing best practice in reporting - revenue recognition / Stock in Trade / etc.
- Participation in other relevant cross-functional projects (e.g. SAPSystem changes, SPMR pro-jects, Legal Entity Consolidation, M&A projects)

**Minimum requirements**
- Financial Reporting & Accounting or Public Accounting
- Strong Financial Reporting systems knowledge: experience acquired in global consolidation and evaluating reporting systems
- Excellent analytical ability
- Good understanding of Accounting & Reporting systems and processes
- Experience with ERP systems as well as relevant financial sub-systems (especially SAP)
- Ability to work in cross functional, in teams and in an international environment
- Relevant work experience of 5 to 8 years
- University or College degree in Finance & Accounting or Business Administration (or equivalent)
