Global Head of Finance Technology with SAP FICO knowledge/experience

Our end – user client and global market leader is looking for a Global Head of Finance Technology to become a part of the organisation's digital transformation journey and to play main role in contributing to major initiatives across the business.

Main responsibilities:

  • Development, implementation, maintenance and support of various technology solutions in order to increase the efficiency, visibility and effectiveness within the area of accounting and controlling
  • Verifying that operations of business applications and systems related to accounting and controlling processes are secure and reliable.
  • Expanding strong and high-performance team
  • Providing advice and technology expertise to the Finance team
  • Cooperating with all functional teams across the organisation
  • Building and maintaining business relationships with external partners and vendors
  • Ensuring effective collaboration across the teams and stakeholders
  • Management and development of cost control and budget for global business applications

Required:

  • Min. 8 years of experience in the Finance area with a focus on technologies and data analytics (hands-on)
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC and S4HANA (SAP FICO) and various finance solutions
  • Background, in-depth knowledge and experience in the area of accounting and controlling.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiply projects at the same time
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build, manage and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and across the company
  • Strong collaborative and proactive approach, effective in cross-functional teams cooperation
  • Degree in IT, Finance or related
  • English - business fluent, other languages - nice to have
