Global Quality Manager Distribution Quality

**INTRODUCTION**:
As a preferred supplier for Roche Basel, we are looking for an individual as

**Global Quality Manager Distribution Quality**:

- (contract for 12 Months, with possible extension). The start date is asap or within 2 months. Remote/Home Office: on-site required 3 of 5 days a week.

**ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION**:

- Manage GDP non-conformities or logistics related events (e.g. Temperature Monitoring issue, Damages, etc.) and provide timely quality impact assessments, Expert Opinions &x; Expert Statements, concerning the affected
- commercial and clinical products.
- Maintain compliance and ensure adherence to Roche PQS requirements both internally and at our Global contracted services. (eg revise/maintain local SOPs, QAG etc)
- Support Logistics quality aspects for ongoing Global projects and initiatives (e.g. Air2Sea, Shipping Qualification, Roche Sustainability Goal “Net 0”).

**REQUIRED PROFILE**:

- Bachelor in life sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, physics or engineering.
- 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Management within Pharmaceutical, Food or Supply industry
- Sound knowledge of current international Good Distribution/Manufacturing Practices.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally.
- Fluency in oral and written English is a must.
- Motivated to work in an agile environment, highly flexible and proactive.
- Ability to quickly understand and learn new IT systems (e. g. Document management system, discrepancy management system etc.).
- Proven teamwork skills with regards to building strong relationships, effective communication and conflict management, finding workable compromises, etc.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in Quality Assurance/Management is an asset.
- SAP experience is an asset.
- Basic knowledge in Veeva
- German language skills
