**Bei uns kannst Du**:
- Das Onboarding-Team (Fokus auf Software Implementierung für Neukunden) führen
- Den Bereich in strategischer sowie konzeptioneller Hinsicht aufbauen
- Die Gesamtverantwortung für die Einführung unserer Software bei Neukunden übernehmen
- Ein erfolgreiches Kundenonboarding, eine erhöhte Produktnutzung sowie die Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit sicherstellen
- Einzelne Grosskunden als die direkte Ansprechperson während der Implementierung zur Seite stehen
- KPI's definieren, Reportings erstellen, laufend Prozesse optimieren und die definierten Leistungs
- und Qualitätsziele für dein Team überwachen
- Erster Ansprechpartner für unser Produktteam bei Weiterentwicklungen der Software
- Direkt mit dem CEO und Gründer zusammenarbeiten
**Du bringst mit**:
- Erste Führungserfahrung im Bereich Customer Care
- Ausgewiesene Erfahrung in der Einführung von SaaS-Produkten
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Hands-On-Mentalität
- Durch Deine dynamische und empathische Art inspirierst und motivierst Du problemlos Deine Mitmenschen
- Technische Affinität, Du hast Freude daran, neue Tools und Anwendungen einzuführen und damit gut durchdachte Konzepte zu gestalten
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- sowie Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Fremdsprache ist von Vorteil
