**About Seervision**:
We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to join our team part time (40-60%) in Zurich. As the Office Manager at Seervision, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our offices in both Zurich and Athens. You will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, managing logistics, and ensuring that our team members have a seamless and productive work experience.
**Your role**:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, coordinating maintenance and repairs when necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary materials and services.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including logístical arrangements and catering.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely delivery and accurate record-keeping.
- Act as the primary point of contact for service providers.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing necessary documents, coordinating schedules, and providing administrative support.
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for employees as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and files, including expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders.

**Requirements**:
**Your profile**:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Fluency in German and Greek
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of logistics and shipping processes, including experience with coordinating international shipments.
- Ability to work diligently on your own.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting specific deadlines.
