Marketing and Event Assistant (100%)

We offer a challenging and versatile field of activity, which includes active and responsible support in the conception, planning and implementation of all marketing activities and communication measures of our law firm.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Organization of internal and external events
- Updating our marketing materials
- Updating our website
- Coordination and dispatch of electronic mailings
- Selecting and ordering giveaways
- Support with marketing campaigns and projects
- Administrative activities

We are looking for a communicative and service-oriented person whose strengths lie in an independent and dynamic way of working. You have a flair for the marketing of a service company and are characterized by strong conceptual and organizational skills.

You have already gained initial professional experience in the event and marketing sector, preferably in an international service company. You also have excellent language skills in English and German (French is an advantage). Basic knowledge of InDesign is an advantage.
