We are looking for an Event Tools Producer to join our Trade Marketing Team in Zurich. In this role you’ll help us bring to life our brand and products at events and temporary brand spaces: specifically trade fairs, running
- and product testing events as well as brand pop-ups. You’ll be developing and producing event tools, from product displays to small community spaces, in close collaboration with our Design Team and oversee the production process from drafting through prototyping to timely delivery.

Your Team

You’ll be part of a Trade Marketing team consisting of trade designers, producers, digital experts and visual merchandisers taking care of topics related to our own retail and trade marketing at On. Working with key stakeholders within our Campaign Team, Retail Architecture and Brand Design, our goal is to create a premium consumer experience across all touchpoints.

Your Mission
- Deliver full technical drawing package for our event tools to production partners and vendors for prototyping and implementation
- Implementation of concepts and designs (models and prototypes) created by our Designers
- Sourcing and sampling of suitable and future-proof materials (focus on sustainability)
- Collaborate with local marketing teams, external agencies and other suppliers
- Support in expanding a broader network of local suppliers
- Demand planning with direct markets including distributor needs
- Close collaboration with indirect procurement and logistics to ensure timely deliveries at the locations
- Provide valuable feedback and support to develop extraordinary event tools
- Set-up support, documentation and evaluation of events in collaboration with our Event Team

Your Story
- Degree in Product Design, Polydesign 3D or related creative and technical field as well as working experience in 3D design projects
- Proficient use of 2D/3D software: 3D Rhino, Sketchup, Adobe Suite
- Solid knowhow of materials and in-depth interest for production processes
- Experience in fast-paced projects with the ability to manage consistently tight deadlines, multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
- Network of suppliers is a plus
- Passion for working in cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to share ideas and make them grow
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- A highly hands-on and can-do attitude
