At a Glance

We are looking for a 3D Intern Event Designer to work within the event team and to help us in the design and monitoring of our various projects.

Based on your knowledge of analysis and design, you will create and set up installations for the various events in which On will participate. Your job will also be to create new tools and improve existing ones that we are using for each event. The importance of the work is to understand the customer, how to interact with them, what to share, and how to express the philosophy and aesthetic who is behind the brand through physical installations.

Most of this work is done in the establishment of booths during the different event in which On is participating around the world. We are constantly on the move and often rethink every tool and aesthetic we have created. It is therefore an innovative work where we always like to question ourselves. It is why we are looking for a motivated designer.

Your Team

We are a Brand Experience team consisting of trade designers, retail & campaign producers, digital experts, rollout specialists, and merchandisers taking care of topics related to our retail and trade marketing at On. Our goal is to deliver a premium and innovative experience to our customers across the globe.

Your Mission
- You will support in designing and creating installations for different events in which On participates. Based on the aesthetic we’ve developed over the past few years, you’ll need to help in taking care of consumer flow, display products and and story-telling about them.
- You will collaborate with the different markets and help following the process of the installation. This part is important for us to be sure that we reach the premium aspect that we want achieve.
- You will help in creating bespoke designs for all our events worldwide, including mockups, technical drawings, and presentation files with rendering.
- You will help in creating and improve the different tools that we are using, finding new way of thinking between aesthetic and functionality.
- You will work closely with various teams including Brand Design, Retail Expansion, Visual Merchandising, retail architects, and Product teams, always being the linking point between these areas.

**Your Story**
- A degree in industrial design
- Experience working with CAD (Rhino, Keyshot, 3d Max) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- An understanding of production processes
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- An aim for pixel-perfect output
- A highly hands-on and can-do attitude
