**Who We’re Looking For**

Calling all beauty addicts If you are obsessed with skincare, self-care and wellness - you are in the right place.

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Trainers. Trainers are key members of our team who lead and teach our face workout events. You’ll be teaching our Haute Contour face workouts to groups of 10-20 people per session, sharing about our technique, our tools and our beauty line.

If you have previous experience working within the beauty industry, in a sales role, as a trained facial therapist or you just have a pure passion for skincare and would like to branch out into something new - we’d love to hear from you

**Trainer Duties And Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to;
- Lead events of various sizes and often at different locations, to boost Haute Contour’s profile and engage new customers
- Offering the very best face workouts, in-line with our Haute Contour method
- Conduct face workout sessions that are engaging and informative
- Introduce the customers to the world of Haute Contour
- Responsible for selling our Haute Contour tools and beauty products, through giving detailed advice and recommendations
- Create an experience that makes customers want to return
- Demonstrate the confidence to overcome selling challenges and have the ability to attract and entice customers, incorporating the client journey and brand story whilst engaging with customers
- Maintain an exceptional customer experience at every touch point of the customer journey
- Have a strong focus on maximising retail potential and client retention
- Responsible for effectively taking payments and reporting on end of day figures
- Ensuring all health & safety guidelines are adhered
- Ensuring a high standard of personal hygiene is maintained and emphasis is placed on cleanliness
- Leading by example at all times ensuring that you portray a professional image and conduct yourself in a manner that represents the brand at a high standard

**Our ideal Trainer**:

- A natural public speaker who knows how to create an exceptional customer experience
- Have in-depth knowledge and/or experience working in the beauty, retail, spa or sports industry
- Be comfortable in a sales environment
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals
- Hands-on experience with customers
- Enjoys exploring opportunities and using own initiative
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Capability to create, maintain and grow customerbase
- Have the ability to stay calm and positive during the busiest events
