Photography Producer/ Coordinator

The Producer will collaborate with the creative team, coordinate with outside vendors, recruit photographers and manage every detail of our photos - from coordinating photo shoots around the world to making picture selections to overseeing our team’s image library and DAM system.

Our in-house international design team is looking for an Art Director / Senior Designer to join us in the EF Zurich office. You will work across all channels and in a holistic way, creating everything from multichannel campaigns that deliver world-class results to print materials that customers won’t want to put down. You are comfortable working independently and can take a concept from idea right through to execution, but also, as a part of the team, you are ready to jump in and make it all happen. **Responsibilities**:

- Be a key role in our creative team and ensure all photography assets align with EF’s brand and products.
- Creating briefs, coordinate freelancers, and manage several aspects of photography production while remaining on schedule and within budget.
- At times, be the producer on set, coordinating the photo shoots capturing our students, schools and destinations around the world
- Do research for new photography, organise and maintain our current image library / DAM system. As well as create asset policies, procedures, and guidelines that can be distributed to the greater team
- Hire and coordinate contract production freelancers as needed and based on creative direction, ensuring all contractual agreements are documented and signed
- Manage and drive key production phases: pre-production (prep - including the determination and organization of product skus, sample collection), production (product shoots), and post-production (retouching, selects, delivery + upload)

**Key Requirements**:

- 3+ years of industry experience as a producer for agency or production company
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the photo industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage multiple high priority projects on time and within budget.
- A love for travel and capturing it through a camera’s lens
- The work ethic to meet and perform within tight deadlines
- Technical know-how of photography and expertise in pre-press, retouching and post production
- Self-motivated and able to communicate production progress and collaborate with the Creative team to implement changes quickly.
- Has a variety of software/technical skills, such as experience with Adobe Creative Suites and DAM system
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent technical knowledge of film/video production and web design capabilities
- Strong knowledge web design, video editing, and graphic design programs
