We are one of the fastest growing startups in Switzerland. Our goal is to simplify and change the access to individual mobility. At Carvolution, we are the pioneers of car subscriptions and we are looking for other talents ready to support our 65+-member team and take on responsibilities.

We are looking for a creative thinker that is quick on the tools, and loves telling visual stories, to join the Farie team in Zürich.

Tasks
- Help Farie to tell its story via video, photography, user interface and graphics.
- Work with product managers and our analytics teams to plan and run content tests to understand which content is most effective
- Conceptualize and design visuals for Social Media in collaboration with the Social Media and Marketing Team.
- Produce new visual content and pragmatically source content to be able to output a high frequency in snackable content.
- Create advertising content for social media ads, display ads, OOH advertising and print.
- Edit and optimize our car photography for our website and car listing platform.
- Work closely with marketing to ensure content meets comms and business goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touch points.
**Requirements**:

- Relevant degree in IT-, Design or a high level of demonstrated experience.
- You have a diverse portfolio, showing various designs across various mediums.
- You have experience with an agile work environment, design thinking and a user-centric approach.
- You have a full tool stack and experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, but also cloud-based tools like Moqups, Balsamiq and Canva.
- You know how to build your designs in WYSIWYG editor or No-Code Applications
- You are able to quickly express your conceptual vision via mood boards, moqups or wireframes.
- You feel comfortable behind the camera and enjoy shooting.
- Domain expertise or demonstrated affinity for the automotive industry is an advantage.

- You possess a positive, can-do attitude and are open-minded.
- You are fluent in English. Mastering the German language is an advantage.
