**IS Global Solution Architect (flexible location)**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- Work closely with business experts and leadership to ensure IS Solutions align with business capability needs driven by PAEN business strategies, while also in alignment with PAIS and Corporate IS Strategies and guardrails
- Develop and maintain IS solution roadmaps based on business capability needs
- Align the IS strategy with global and local PAEN process owners and management/ stakeholders
- Provide annual and project related estimates per topic
- Continuously monitor the confirmed budget versus the spent costs
- Manage assigned budget effectively and deliver activities with agreed schedules and costs
- Guide PAEN colleagues in the areas of Analytics and Master Data
- Build a common and holistic Analytics strategy and roadmap based upon business capability needs
- Work with key business stakeholders to ensure that relevant sets of instructions, standards, and rules are established and communicated to ensure successful adoption of solutions within area of responsibility
- Ensure that the area of responsibility is organized, staffed, skilled and directed
- Guide, motivate and develop indirect subordinates within HR policies

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or System Engineering.
- 12+ years of experience in IT roles with a minimum of 7 years in IT project management or management/lead positions responsible for engagement management of business leaders.
- Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken).
- IS leadership experience, including demonstrated examples of management through influence and collaboration in complex, global environments.
- Proven track record working with all levels of the organization to understand business strategies and needs and translate those to project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Experience in developing and driving roadmaps and the related projects and maintenance tasks.
- Demonstrable experience working with, leading, and motivating virtual teams to achieve challenging results.
- Strong analytical, project management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
