**IS Solution Architect for Digital Platforms**:

The platform Solution Architect exercises architecture authority over their technology area of responsibility and guide platform’s team to ensure the integrity of the technology architecture and realize the benefits coming from standardization, synergy, and optimization of the technology landscape across Business and Domains. They shape the detailed strategy for their area of responsibility and lead the execution on IT technology strategy to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives, while participating actively in communities of practice and other architectural bodies to ensure dissemination of best practices.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Is responsible for maintaining holistic view of technology for the area of expertise across all businesses and domains
- Develop guidelines in the technology area of responsibility for ServiceNow Platform
- Create and Maintain Roadmap for ServiceNow Platform
- Approves, reviews and defines the technical blueprints, reference architectures and standards, collaborating with Capabilities, CX and Strategy Lead Architects
- Guides and leads ServiceNow Solution architects in projects to ensure fit to the ABB technology landscape in the area of responsibility.
- Mentor ServiceNow Solution Architects for Project, Program and build Architecture reviews
- Coaches and guides ServiceNow Solution Architects on the best practices and latest technology developments to ensure their continuous professional growth.
- Collaborates with GBS IS Service Performance Excellence team to improve, define, maintain and optimize building processes and standards.
- Executes, for assigned tasks, all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACI specification.

**Your background**:

- Master’s degree in information management, computer systems, information technology, business engineering or similar fields
- Expert knowledge and experience designing solutions, creating reference architectures and blueprints
- End-to-end architecture of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration management, knowledgebase and libraries management, reporting, interfaces, licenses, portals, and the overall health of the platform
- Proven hands-on development experience with Business Rules, Access Control Rules, Script Includes, Script Action, UI Actions, UI Scripts, UI Policy, Data Policy, Client Scripts, UI Macros, Jelly, Web Services, Glide Record, Glide AJAX, Workflows, JSON, Encryptions Plugin, Notification, Reporting, Discovery (a plus), Integration, SSO, MID Server, LDAP
- Work with Cloud Managed Services Platform, product management and product owners to document the architecture impacts/guidance and perform PoC to create detailed requirements for Development teams
- Design reusable frameworks to onboard customers, partners, offer, devices onboarding and integration with other ops components like Ansible, Terraform, monitoring systems and evolve ITSM processes through well-crafted and documented API
