**MO IS Platforms Architect (flexible location)**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- Guide implementation of the MO IS architecture model across the MO IS organization from training to its continuous improvement. With key business stakeholder and IS managers develop and track progress on architecture targets.
- Manage the development of the IS policies, standards, guidelines and change management with respect to architecture strategy incorporating relevant aspects in the architecture model such that it supports all IS functions.
- Process development responsibility to achieve improved architecture data accuracy with the objective to reach a “digital twin” of the MO IS landscape within an EA (enterprise architecture) tool.
- Advocate in developing and coaching the community of IS architects to reach distributed change leadership for architecture across Domains and Divisions, also evaluating required architecture services to sustain governance.
- Ensures integrity with corporate architecture principles and policies, represents MO with objective to contribute to and make sure MO interests are supported by the wider ABB IS Enterprise Architecture Strategy.
- Extraordinary accountabilities may from time to time be applicable, such as architecture deep dives in strategic initiatives, projects or incidents resolution.

**Your background**:

- 10+ years IT experience, preferably developer background with solid integration architecture experience preferred
- IS solution expertise in various business processes is a plus
- Experience designing, deploying, managing and institutionalizing processes and tools standards for IS management (e.g. IS strategy, portfolio, IS service management, etc.)
- IT management experience in a complex, global IS organization
- Architecture mindset with hands-on attitude
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages are beneficial
