Tasks
- Develop solutions using the latest Microsoft Power Platform technology.
- Lead projects/sub-projects in architecture, design, coding, and technology implementation.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout all project phases, from ideation to implementation and operation.
- Support international clients with performance-driven, secure, and scalable solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet high standards of performance, security, scalability, longevity, and reliability.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in business informatics, computer science, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform stack.
- Emphasis on clean code, web design techniques, and abstract thinking.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Platform or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
- Passion for seeing designs come to life and driving projects forward.
- Creativity, with a knack for generating and presenting innovative ideas.
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail.
- Enjoyment of collaborative teamwork and occasional customer interactions.
- Desire for continuous learning and development, both personally and for clients.
- Fluent in both English and German.
