**IS Solution Architect S/4HANA MDG Master Data**:

As the IS Solution Architect owns the software solution architecture for the Master Data Governance system supporting the new ABB Way Finance Transformation Program. You will ensure the solution is in line with enterprise and data architecture standards for the Finance Ecosystem and is responsible for the design and build, implementation, integrity and quality of the CFIN solution.

**This position reports to**:
Lead IS Solution Architect

**Your responsibilities**:

- Approving, sign-off and building any solution to be implemented on ABB Production environment, within the new Finance Eco-System, keeping the quality and safety in a controlled manner
- Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and work with the business and IS to recommend CFIN solutions to improve it
- Proactively supporting issue resolution during project delivery to avoid delays or any other form of negative impact to a project or service
- Collaborating with users in projects and problem management to maintain, develop and deploy the best feasible and most cost efficient IS solutions/services for the business
- Keeping knowledge up to date regarding new and emerging IS technology and IS industry practices, bringing learning into ABB; all within in the scope of the Finance.
- Collaborating with GBS IS Capabilities and Service Performance Excellence team to improve, define, maintain, and optimize building processes and standard.
- In concert with IS Lead Architects ensures that IS solution/service-related standards are considered accordingly.

**Your background**:

- 3 of experience in SAP product consulting, working as systems integration, or architect role with SAP master data solutions.
- Proven track record in solutions architecture for S/4HANA and related system operations
- Deep knowledge and understanding of SAP technical & functional Central Finance capabilities, including business processes and industry best practices
- Certificate in S/4HANA ideally in Central Finance or Finance and Controlling would be an asset.
- Knowledge and understanding of SAP technical & functional GRC capabilities, including business processes and industry best practices
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- A Master’s Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar
- Fluent spoken and written English
