**Finance Business Process & Data Architect**:

In this role you will be responsible to own the solution architecture for the Central Finance eco-system on our S/4HANA environment, reporting into the FTP Data and process chief architect. You will ensure that all process design and implementation are in line with enterprise and data architecture standards for the Finance Ecosystem and is responsible for the E2E data integrity and quality of the CFIN solution. You are also responsible that the new CFIN solution provides the required functionality and meets the expectations of the business and is reliable, maintainable, compliant and auditable and collaborates with and contribute to project setup and delivery, as well as to service operations optimization.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Is accountable to approve, sign-off and build any solution to be implemented on ABB Production environment, within the new Finance Eco-System, keeping the quality and safety in a controlled manner. Assess the systems architecture currently in place and work with the business and IS to recommend CFIN solutions to improve it
- Proactively support issue resolution during project delivery to avoid delays or any other form of negative impact to a project or service. Collaborate with users in projects and problem management to maintain, develop and deploy the best feasible and most cost efficient IS solutions/services for the business. Ensure manuals for users are created to describe the operating procedures
- Consult, give advice and support the installation of new IS solutions/services, or the changing of existing IS solutions/services Contribute to IS Problem and IS Incident Management to fight ticket volume by detecting re-occurring defects and eliminating these
- Keep knowledge up to date regarding new and emerging IS technology and IS industry practices, bringing learning into ABB; all within in the scope of the Finance. Participation in a broader solution development framework community of practices.
- Collaborate with GBS IS Capabilities and Service Performance Excellence team to improve, define, maintain and optimize building processes an standard. Adherence to Corporate IS Policies and Procedures, as well as to both internal regulations and external legislation falls within the area of responsibility of this job.
- Commit and contribute to common result oriented collaboration with the various business processes IS architectural domains as well as the various enterprise technology IS architecture domains. For assigned tasks, execute all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACI specification. In concert with IS Lead Architects ensure that IS solution/service related standards are considered accordingly.
- Provide leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Engineering or similar field
- More than 8 years of relevant experience desired. More than 5 years of experience in leadership and PM are required
- Certifications in S/4HANA ideally in Central Finance or Finance and Control-ling is a must. Project Management certifications are also preferred
- P2P, P2D, R2R, or O2C process design experience is required.
- Proven ability to communicate at executive level and link finance function data requirements with the group’s strategic goals in order to effectively collaborate across the organization. Proven ability to manage virtual teams
- Business skills to understand cross business support function needs in general and specific corporate priorities in particular. Process expert know-how for effective change, implementing new processes and effectively delivering business value to the organization. Helping business managers to set and balance priorities by analyzing consequences of choices and creating business cases.
- Understanding the organization’s strategic business objectives and ability to demonstrate the role of action oriented information in achieving the corporate objectives. Skills to drive standardization of master data and to participate in the overall ABB sematic reconciliation and ongoing data quality efforts.
