The Finance Infrastructure Director reports to the VP of IO Finance Excellence, Digital & Compliance and will join a diverse team of passionate peers anchored within the greater department of Finance & Operations encompassing Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and Digital, Data & IT.

**The Position**

IO Financial Excellence, Digital & Compliance is the department responsible for continuous functional improvement of key finance processes, driving a strong financial compliance mindset, and shaping and implementing the future digital financial infrastructure and system landscape across the 7 regions in IO.

By joining this team in IO, you get the opportunity to drive impactful digital infrastructure and BI projects having interaction with a broad variety of key stakeholders across the organisation.

The Finance Infrastructure Director will be responsible for a variety of activities such as:

- Building and driving Centre of Excellence for financial infrastructure and financial data in IO
- Shaping of and implementing digital infrastructure and system landscape in collaboration with Global (e.g. S/4 HANA, GFP/Anaplan, Coupa)
- Developing and implementing Business Intelligence tools/apps and roll-out for IO finance organisation
- Ensuring thorough process standardisation, optimisation and digitalisation (together with Global Process Owners)
- Representing Novo Nordisk vision, values, commitments in the daily conduct

**Qualifications**
- You are an experienced Digital and/or Financial Infrastructure professional, having held several positions within strategic finance, finance excellence, Business Intelligence, Digital Infrastructure or similar areas leading complex, international, cross-functional projects and/or processes.
- You have a solid understanding around large organisations and know how to navigate matrix stakeholder networks.
- You know how to effectively and persuasively articulate complex issues to key decision makers and understand the needs of the commercial business by analysing multifaceted issues and recommending tactical plans.
