About the Role

Coty is seeking a talented, highly motivated and experienced individual to join Coty's Travel Retail Europe Marketing Team.
Reporting to the Category Marketing Director, as E-Commerce & Digital Manager you will own, implement and manage the E-Commerce and Digital strategy of the portfolio to achieve defined business objectives (KPIs).
You will work closely with the Global Travel Retail Team, the Commercial and Multifunctional Teams in Travel Retail Europe.

Main Responsibilities

E-Commerce and Digital Media strategy & planning
Define Brands’ Digital strategy for the Travel Retail Europe channel, based on global guidelines but adjusted to distribution and regional needs. Define both short term & long-term Digital strategy & budgeting. Define E-Retailers’ promotional calendar: align promotional calendar and promotion mechanics with the Commercial and Marketing Teams; align assets to be used with the Global Brand Teams; lead collaboration and negotiation (if applicable) with agency. Plan Social Media activations via retailers’ social media accounts i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Weibo, WeChat, etc. following social and digital calendar; manage and monitor the performance of the campaigns; lead collaboration and negotiation (if applicable) with agency. Build strategic partnerships with E-Retailers and other digital platforms, as well as with online agencies. Together with the Global Travel Retail Media Team, lead the Media negotiation following the Marketing & Promotional calendar, define targets and KPIs, lead the communication and collaboration with the Global Brand Teams.

Business report & research
Deliver monthly E-Commerce report for TREA. Monitor key competitors’ E-Commerce activities across TREA. Research for new Digital Marketing trends across European countries. Research and regularly update TREA E-Retail landscape to see progress and status at once.

Campaign and assets management

Ensure perfect execution of Coty Prestige Brands on E-Retail sites:
Own E-Commerce content processes and communication towards retailers.
Update Brand and Product Pages content, assets and layout as per Brand guidelines.
Conduct regular Brand audit to ensure compliance with copyrights and visual guidelines.
Build competitive & category knowledge to identify best practices across E-Retailers and Brands, and share expertise and recommendations with the Marketing Team.
Work closely with the Marketing Team and the Commercial Team for the online promotions and special events incl. influencers, and support cross channel marketing activities. Implementation of digital strategies to drive growth in both offline and online channels. Update E-Retailers assortment and master data as per retailers’ process and drumbeat. Digital asset management for Innovations and promotional visibility on E-Retailers, using COTY internal system (DAM & PIM) or manual localization. New shop / boutique launch: define online assortment with the Commercial Team; supply all assets and master data to E-Retailers. Work closely with the internal Multifunctional Team to proactively streamline all aspects of E-Commerce and Social Media processes.

Special asset creation

**Customized assets management**: market / retailer specific assets creation including enriched assets (PDP+, content page, specific banners, etc.) and assets for E-Retail packages (banners, newsletters, etc.). Implementation and localization of digital tools from Global Digital and E-Commerce Teams.
Partner with external agency when needed for content creation / localization / implementation.

Qualifications/experience
Master’s degree in Marketing. Specialisation in Digital, Social Media (or related / equivalent discipline) a plus. Minimum 3 to 5 years in Digital or Marketing experience. Data driven planning, being able to balance between Commercial and Marketing. Previous experience in Travel Retail is a plus. Passion for Beauty - Fragrances, Colour Cosmetics and Skincare. Strong collaboration and leadership skills required. Strong analytic skills. Sharp organization skills - Able to make the complex simple. Excellent written and spoken communication. Language: Full proficiency in English. French and other languages a plus. Full mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with automated reporting tools is a plus (Tableau, MS Power BI).
