**Main Accountabilities**
- Lead the E-Retail business growth in EMEA and guide local markets to drive the implementation of La Prairie Luxury E-Retail strategy both in Omnichannel Retailers and Pureplayers. Main strategic pillars: “Product Detail Pages Elevation”, “Online Shopper Marketing & Visibility Activities”, “Retail Media”, “Online Client Services” and “CRM/eCRM activities”.
- Strategize EMEA Online corpus and distribution as one of the corner stone of our Regional Business in partnership with local markets. Map La Prairie actual and potential online partners and define the role of each to propose the best possible collaboration. Identify new key strategic partnership opportunities.
- Be the main partner to support local Digital & E-Business Managers on negotiations with Retailers for the best usage and ROI maximization of our COOP and Marketing investments. Provide additional help to deliver a best-in-class online luxury brand experience and execution.
- Identify the needs and requirements to grow the E-Retail business in EMEA. Elevate the existing capabilities and develop new ones in partnership with EMEA E-Merchandising agency and La Prairie internal Digital & E-Commerce Community.
- Lead the preparation of E-Content packages (SEO Titles and Descriptions, assets ) for Retailers in partnership with EMEA E-Merchandising. Track and run regular Digital Shelf auditing of Retailer’s websites with the usage of an E-monitoring tool. Help local markets with ongoing optimizations.
- Ensure all online/omnichannel activities strongly contribute to the brand and business objectives while respecting guidelines and budgets.
- Monitor and analyze EMEA E-Retail sales performance in comparison with market and main competitors. Provide actionable insights and actions.
- Work in partnership with EMEA CRM team to develop and leverage E-CRM capabilities for local markets to be able to activate online prospects and clients with Retailers through targeted newsletters and campaigns. Do the same with Digital & Brand teams for Retail Media activities.

You will be part of our EMEA Digital & eCommerce Community and work closely with the local Digital & E-Business managers and Global Digital team.

**Qualifications**
- Education:

- Degree in business, engineering or equivalent.
- Specialization in E-Business highly valuable.
- Experience:

- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience driving E-Retail business.
- Strong track record in delivering successful online growth in partnership with Retailers.
- Solid experience driving negotiations with E-Retailers & Pureplayers.
- Full understanding of key E-Retail KPIs and levers to drive performance/improvements.
- Experience working in cross-functional environment with a diverse stakeholder set.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Skills/Behaviors:

- Proven ability to perform in-depth analysis, synthesize results and make recommendations to leadership team.
- Familiarity with E-Business metrics; experienced on preparation of business reports/presentations.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Self-reliant, self-motivated, solutions-oriented with proven ability to deliver sales results and creative solutions on time and on budget.
