Wir sind auf der Suche nach qualifizierten Mitarbeitern im Bereich chemische Prozessentwicklung und Scale-up. Verfügst du über eine entsprechende fundierte Ausbildung (B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemie, Laborant/in EFZ, CTA) und hast Freude und Begeisterung in der experimentellen Arbeit im Labor und der fachlichen Diskussion mit unseren Experten, so würden wir dich gerne in unserem Team begrüssen.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Planung und Durchführung von chemischen Experimenten in Zusammenarbeit mit Chemikern und Ingenieuren im Bereich Prozessentwicklung und Scale-up
- Erhebung und Verarbeitung von Prozessdaten im Labormassstab (0.5-5 Liter)
- Unterstützung von Prozess-Transfers und Scale-Ups in unsere Mehrzweckanlagen
- Analyse und Charakterisierung von chemischen Produkten
- Selbstständiges und problemlösungsorientiertes Arbeiten im Rahmen von Projekten
- Unterhalt und Weiterentwicklung des Laborgeräteparks sowie die Betreuung von Laborautomationsgeräten
- Aufsicht und Ausbildung von neuen Team-Mitgliedern (Laborantenlehrlinge)

Dein Anforderungsprofil:

- Hoher Anspruch zur Stärkung der Sicherheitskultur
- Hochschulabschluss (B.Sc./M.Sc. Organische Chemie) oder Laborantenausbildung EFZ/CTA oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Breite Erfahrung im Bereich Laborsynthese sowie bei der Bearbeitung von Produktionsprozessen werden vorausgesetzt
- Proaktive Arbeitsweise und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch oder Englischkenntnisse werden benötigt
- Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) und eine Affinität zu computergestützten Laboranlagen
