**Your mission**:

- Leadership & Strategy: Lead and develop the Omnichannel Engagement Team, driving the integration and execution of Classic Media, Trade Marketing, and Social Media strategies.
- Omnichannel Coordination: Ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels, optimizing the synergy between Stores and eCommerce channels, Classic Media, Social Media, and Trade Marketing efforts.
- Commercial & P&L Management: Oversee the financial performance of omnichannel campaigns, with a strong focus on commercial outcomes, including revenue growth, profitability, and P&L accountability.
- Media Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of Classic and Social Media to guide strategic decisions, ensuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts in driving customer engagement and business growth.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Brand, Creative and Marketing, as well as CRM, eCom, Store teams to align marketing activities with overall business goals.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track the performance of omnichannel initiatives, focusing on key KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rates, customer engagement, and media reach. Implement continuous improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Program Transformation: Drive the holistic analysis of current omnichannel engagement strategies, identifying opportunities for modernization and implementing improvements to enhance the program's appeal and functionality.
- Customer Acquisition & Engagement: Oversee efforts to attract new customers and increase their lifetime value through innovative omnichannel marketing strategies.

**Your profile**:

- Five years of relevant professional experience in the field of digital marketing, CRM or a comparable professional field
- Leadership and teamwork skills, ability to work independently and results-oriented, and willingness to work hard
- Degree in business administration or economics with a focus on marketing, CRM or a comparable qualification
- Experience in project management as well as execution of marketing / CRM projects
- Extensive experience in the conception, introduction and implementation of CRM models and customer segmentation
- High level of analytical thinking and expertise with relevant CRM tools
