Director of F&B

Aufgaben & Herausforderungen

Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der strategischen Ausrichtung aller F&B Bereiche
Enge Zusammenarbeit und Führung der zuständigen Kaderpersonen
Angebotsentwicklung, -planung und -optimierung
Coachen, Schulen und Motivieren der Mitarbeiter
Sicherstellung einer übergreifenden richtigen Einsatzplanung
Verantwortlich für das Qualitätsmanagement
Übernahme von diversen Projekten
Administrative Aufgaben

Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie
Hotelfachschuel Abschluss oder Weiterbildung
Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlicher Position
Leidenschaft für den F&B Bereich
Vernetztes
- und abteilungsübergreifendes Denken
Qualitäts
- und kostenbewusst, zahlenaffin
Hohe Eigenmotivation, Durchsetzungsstark und kommunikativ
Überzeugend und professionell
Kreativer Kopf mit innovativen Ideen
