What about Decathlon Switzerland ?

The Swiss project saw the light of day in 2016 with the arrival of our website in the region and accelerated with the opening of our first store in Neuchâtel in 2017. Since then, the project has grown significantly and today we have nearly 1'000 employees working in our 5 sectors (Logistics & Supply, E-Commerce, Finance, HR, Communication and Retail) serving 33 stores (3 openings in the last 6 months). We are growing fast to deliver an ambitious project: to open new stores every year for the next 4 years. We must therefore complete and enrich our teams with profiles that are 100% customer-oriented, responsible, positive and equipped with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

To continue our expansion, we are creating this new position of Purchase Manager today. Our goal is clear

Your main responsabilities ?

1. Indirect purchase
- The Indirect Purchases Local Manager is responsible for defining and implementing a local purchasing strategy, if business needs and/or supplier markets are local.
- This local purchasing strategy achieves financial and non-financial targets in line with the Global indirect purchasing strategy defined by the Indirect purchases Director

2. For the AMI part- To understand the AMI policy of each commrcial direction or the transport policy of the transport leader
- To write the negotiation frame with each commercial direction or transport leader
- To directly negotiate with the AMI (or transport) supplier inside this negotiation frame
- To debrief the result of the negotiation and co-decide what we are dealing or not
- To follow and debrief the execution of the negotiation (real life) in order to integrate them on the next one

3. Monitor and report the local performance

**To provide a clear dashboard with**:

- The added value (services, quality of the prestation, availability) brought by the negociation
- The money saved thanks to the negociation (cost killing)
