**Position Summary
As a “Workforce Devices Product Integrator”, you will own all IT devices and products in Switzerland (computers, tablets, phones, scanners, printers, workplace and meeting rooms,). You will be the key link with both the global IT Product owners as well as the market business communities to deliver performing, compliant and valuable IT products and services. The position encompasses roles like Product Owner, Product Integration Expert, Service Owner, Project Manager and Business Partner / Functional Relationship Manager

**A Day in the Life of a Workforce Devices Product Integrator
- Knows and understand the market business environments and type of personas it encompassed.
- Creates the vision and strategy for the IT devices in the Market in full alignment with the global product ones and bring insight to the business. Drives its execution.
- Provide technical expertise on existing and next to come technologies.
- Support IT Product Owners and Business Analysts with workforce device integration.
- Accountable for the support services and service delivery, including quality, costs, availability and escalations.
- Benchmark with other Nestlé or non-Nestlé entities having similar needs or service in place to not re-invent the wheel.
- Manage transformation or deployment projects to ensure it delivers expected value to the business, on time, on budget, on scope, on quality.
- Lead the local workforce devices' engineers’ team, the service partners and the project team when necessary.

**What will make you successful
- Min. 5 years’ experience in related technical domain
- Degree level education (preferably IT, Technical or Science) or corresponding
- Demonstrated experience in translating business requirement into functional specifications
- Experience with the Nestlé IT Support Organization is a plus
- Affinity with technology and innovation
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and to cope well with stress
- French and English (spoken and written), German is a real plus
