As a **Global Head of Safety & Health**, you will ensure that all management teams within Nespresso lead in all aspects of Safety, Health and Environmental Sustainability (SH&E) by developing and driving strategic initiatives to deliver continuous improvement in SH&E performance of activities and products in line with the Nestlé Continuous Excellence mindset of zero injuries, illnesses and waste always aiming into deliver competitive advantage. In this position, you will be the SPOC for +80 markets, Nespresso Boutiques, After Sales Centers, recycling centers, Customer Relationship Centers and Factories.

**A Day in the Life of a Global Head of Safety & Health**
- Develop and coordinate the implementation of Nespresso SH&E strategy across markets, aligned with the overall group strategy, to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Champion compliance with company principles, policies, and SH&E requirements, including ISO/OHSAS certification and local legal requirements
- Promote and engage all employees in a SH&E mindset through Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE)
- Develop and implement tools and initiatives to increase awareness and capability in SH&E to achieve objectives
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate SH&E performance to improve decision making
- Share learnings and good practices with other parts of Nestlé and actively participate in Zone and Global initiatives
- Advise and support Market management to integrate SH&E into MBS, and drive improvement
- Provide functional leadership, coaching, and support to SH&E staff across the Market and develop a strong and effective function with technical and leadership capabilities
- Participate in external forums to benchmark with other companies/industries and ensure Nestlé-Nespresso's needs and views are considered in relevant regulations, standards, initiatives, and projects

**What will make you successful**
- Operational experience in managing SH&E issues at a facility/local level and in a Factory environment
- Practical experience of local S&H priorities, e.g., driving safety, machinery safety, ergonomics, health, contractor management, process safety
- Practical experience of local environmental priorities, e.g., management of energy/carbon, water and waste
- Demonstrated leadership capability in an operational environment, working in and with cross-functional teams
- Leveraging TPM and LEAN to drive SH&E improvements through influencing others without authority
- Track record in leading major change to improve performance in different SH&E areas
- Successful Stakeholder management with proven ability to influence at all levels
- Application of Nestlé SH&E management tools, e.g., NEST, NEMT, Safety Leadership Basic Behaviors, BBS, PIQUET, etc.
- Strong appetite for autonomy and willing to travel
