Position Summary

We are looking for a Safety & Security Assistant to ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of our programs at Nestlé Research. Join our team and help enhance the safety and security of our organization.

A Day in the Life of a Safety & Security Assistant

  • Support continuous improvement of Safety and Security programs to ensure compliance and performance improvement
  • Implement plans based on the Roadmaps developed with subject matter experts
  • Participate in internal and external audits as required
  • Engage with stakeholders, local regulators, and communities to build positive relationships
  • Provide training on Safety and Security rules and guidelines to community members
  • Coach and guide community members on Safety and Security rules and responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and reviewing Safety and Security documents
  • Provide reports, presentations, and document revisions

  • Solid experience in occupational Safety or Security, an industrial or R&D environment
  • Proven ability to influence behavioral change and coach individuals and teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improve current practices

  • Excellent leadership skills and lead by example
