About the team you are joining

The IATA Training Centers' Team coordinates hundreds of face-to-face and virtual sessions worldwide every year. We are a strong team and diverse team and strive to contribute to the development of professionals the commercial aviation industry needs.

What your day would be like

Coordinate, from beginning to end, two or more IATA Instructor-led sessions per week, whether face-to-face or virtual. Coordination includes, among other tasks:

- Handle customer relationships through an impeccable understanding of IATA Training's portfolio (300+ courses available) and policies following a multi-week training; answer any questions and provide proactive guidance to ensure high quality customer service (including visa invitation letters and certificate/diploma issuance) and return business;
Ensure the course material received electronically from the Product Manager (PM) is printed and available including other relevant publications if any;
- Ensure proper set-up for the course venue;
Follow through to finalization a minimum of one own commercial lead for in-company courses (or similar contracts);
- Carry out any special project assigned. These projects may vary depending on needs and have included building a training kit for new hires, coordinating bad debt reconciliation activities and data, manage the Training Centers supplies’ inventory.

We would love to hear from you if you
- Are pursuing a University Degree (preferably if you are within one year of graduation) in Business Administration or equivalent;
- Have organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail;
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a persistent and positive can-do approach;
- Have demonstrated ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment;
- Can work efficiently and effectively under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Are able to think openly, imaginatively and creatively; if you enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment;
- Are fluent in English (verbal & written) language. Knowing other languages would be an asset.
- Are computer-literate and fully familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; WebEx, Moodle and Teams would be assets.
- Have a strong sales and customer service orientation;
- Are available for a 6 months internship, keeping in mind that there is a possibility of getting extended for another 5 months depending on the business needs and your performance.
