Personal Trainer

We are looking for an energetic, motivating, knowledgeable and charismatic trainer to join our F45 Training Geneva, Switzerland team in a part-time or full-time capacity. Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member to provide the ultimate F45 experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide the ultimate F45 experience during class
- Train 2-8 classes a week
- Ensure that all members are getting attention during class, performing exercises safely and correctly while keeping them motivated and encouraged
- Motivate members during and after training sessions
- Help set up equipment layout for classes as needed and maintain a clean, organized, energetic and fun studio
- Engage and establish relationships with potential members and ultimately convert them into members
- Assist with marketing, sales and promotions
- Assist with special projects, events, and promotions as needed
- Respond to client questions and staff concerns in a timely, professional manner, and maintain the highest level of client rapport and service
- Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism, to both clients and internal staff
- Maintain strong working knowledge of our group training programs

**Requirements**:

- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in coaching F45 workouts and/or 1 year of experience as a certified personal trainer
- Enthusiasm and passion for training and seeing results from clients
- Candor in communication with studio owner and other trainers
- Possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients
- Intermediate level knowledge of physiology, exercise technique and body mechanics
- Must have the ability to multi-task and stay organized while training up to 36 clients in one group training session
- Must have the ability to progress and regress exercises on the fly, in real-time
- Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Must have the desire and capacity to train all fitness levels, novice to elite
- Must hold a current fitness certification from an F45 approved education institution such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFFA, NFPT, NPTI, etc. and/or a current diploma in the fields of yoga, physiotherapy, etc.
- Must have current CPR/AED certification
