Finance Manager

Due to our continued growth we are now hiring a Finance Manager for our Finance team in Galgenen, Switzerland.

**Job Description**:
In this role you will act as a Business Partner with Travel Retail (TR) Distribution functions across all our locations in Switzerland (Lachen, Brunegg, Wohlen, Galgenen). You’ll interact with SC Finance, Corporate Teams and perform reviews with TR regions on Shipping & Warehousing cost.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Accountable to conduct regular performance reviews with Operations Management, SC stakeholders and Travel Retail Regions
- Improve Freight cost reporting and therefore transparency in collaboration with the TR Transportation Team, COE’s and external providers to generate insights
- Collaborate to further improve financial reports and combine data from different sources in order to generate insights and improve cost tracking
- Analyse financial result and connect with various stakeholders in order to improve accuracy of monthly Forecast
- Analyze and identify cost improvement potentials and track progress
- Create business cases, ROI/NPV/IRR Calculations & Appropriation Request submissions for improvement projects

**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who brings:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar with a major in Finance / Accounting / Controlling
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a finance and controlling role, preferably in consumer goods
- High business and financial acumen
- Experience in a fast-paced and international working environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Motivated team player with integrity and initiative
- Profound SAP knowledge as well as good overall knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Full professional proficiency in English, German is an advantage
