**Global Autonomous Mobile Robotics Product Line Manager**:

Lead the Global Autonomous Mobile Robotics (AMR) business, with the responsibility to drive the long-term profitable growth and business success. Deliver superior customer experience with an aligned strategy. Continue to position ABB as the thought leader, market maker and partner of choice in AMR. The preferred location for this role is Burgos, Spain.

**This position reports to**:
Division President Robotics

**Your responsibilities**:

- Strategy Leadership: Drive state of the art production and capacity increase through workflow optimization and factory expansion
- Develop ambitious business and product strategies, leading implementation from ideation to development and market penetration
- Contributes to broader Robotics strategy
- Operational performance and delivery: Sets clear expectations to ensure optimized customer experience. Defines an appropriate organizational structure to support execution of Product Group strategies globally. Defines and execute portfolio and manufacturing & execution strategies to cover the three regions, with special focus in US and CN. Ensures an appropriate rhythm is in place to plan, execute and review performance
- New Market opportunities, Performance planning and management: Based on market intelligence, define market segmentation
- Tracking performance metrics and benchmark KPIs. Identifying new market opportunities for the existing portfolio
- Growth Focus: Lead an international management team in its development and strive for growth
- Ensure robust analysis of trends/changes in the market and customer dynamics and identify opportunities for growth. Drives market penetration across BL/ segments, leveraging on cross-selling opportunities to maximize organic growth. Ensure effective account management. Work closely across the division to ensure alignment and execution of sales and growth
- Ensure smooth integration of all functions to ABB Establishe and implement global standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to business management
- Ensure all execution activities strictly adhere to HSE and business compliance standards and regulations. Responsible and accountable for the health and safety of all employees and contractors acting for and on behalf of the Product line. Lives the ABB values and Group standards
- Guides, motivates and develops the teams to ensure a culture of empowerment and engagement. Builds an effective, sustainable and performing organization

**Your background**:

- University level education in Engineering and/or Business Administration
- Proven P&L track record
- Expertise in solution center management and sales
- Management experience across multiple functions like sales, engineering, product development and operational projects.
- Passion for customers, quality and technology
- Ability to coach, develop, lead, empower and energize a global organization
- English required & Spanish language skills preferred
- Strategic and analytical skills combined with the ability to think outside the box and a can-do mentality
