**Title**:Director for Autonomous Mobility Program

**Location**:Zurich, Switzerland, at the newly established branch office of Constructor Operations AG

**Department**:Autonomous Sports

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading autonomous mobility program (division/department)
- Managing participation in autonomous racing championships such as Roborace and/or Indy Autonomous challenge
- Transferring autonomous mobility technology to products
- Securing sponsorship funding for autonomous racing team
- Development of partnerships with automakers
- Development of strategy for the autonomous mobility program (division/department) and its execution
- Development and implementation of self-driving software engineering standards and policies.
- Budgeting of autonomous mobility program
- Formation of the team, hiring

**Qualifications**:

- Successful participation in autonomous racing championships
- Experienced in the areas of self-driving and robotics (at least 3 years of professional experience)
- Experienced in creating and managing robotics and self-driving projects and teams (at least 3 years of professional experience)
- At least 3 years of overall management experience
- Proven research in the field of autonomous racing and self-driving with published papers or patents
- Strong foundational understanding of automated computer system and software for mobile robotic machines and self-driving race car products
- Deep knowledge in computer science, software development and automated self-driving systems
- Experience with funding and obtaining of grants, including budgeting of managed projects
- Master University Degree in computer science, applied mathematics and computer science or related field is required.
