**About the team**

Das Team Media Services beinhaltet die 3 Fachbereiche/Module Video Production, Motion Design und Graphic Design. Das gesamte Team Media Services ist verantwortlich für die vollumfängliche Corporate-Design-konforme Herstellung von Kommunikations
- und Marketingmaterialien.

Das Portfolio beinhaltet Videos, Bewegtbildlösungen und grafische Lösungen bis hin zum Finanzreport. Du bist Teil eines jungen, dynamischen Teams, welches Dank vielfältiger Talente unterschiedlichste Produkte und Lösungen selbstständig umsetzt und Raum zur Weiterentwicklung bietet.

**About the role**

In dieser Rolle bist du als Product Owner Graphic Design innerhalb der Organisation Media Services verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Leitung/Koordinierung, Weiterentwicklung und Positionierung des Teams Graphic Design.

Das Team/Modul Graphic Design hat 5 interne MA und wird bei Bedarf zusätzlich von externen Partnern unterstützt. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team bist du verantwortlich für die effektive Beratung der internen Stakeholder, die E2E Projektkoordination und die selbstständige gestalterische/visuelle Umsetzung unterschiedlichster Projekte.

Unsere internen Kunden sind über den gesamten Globus verteilt und unterstützen sämtliche Fachbereiche und Business Units innerhalb von Swiss Re.

Des Weiteren nimmst du in eine wichtige Rolle im Media Services Führungsteam ein und bist mitverantwortlich für die positive strategische Ausrichtung, Kultur und Dynamik der Organisation Media Services.

**About you**

**Im Idealfall bringst du folgendes mit**:
- Leadership/Führungserfahrung in einem agilen Umfeld- Abgeschlossene grafische Grundausbildung (z.B. Polygraf) mit zusätzlicher Weiterbildung im grafischen Gewerbe/Umfeld- Projektmanagementerfahrung- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung basierend auf CI/CD Guidelines (Corporate Umfeld)- Du versteht es clever zu priorisieren und beherrscht auch in hektischen Zeiten den Überblick- Die Adobe-Softwarepalette beherrscht du aus dem Effeff- Sehr gute mündliche/schriftliche Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse (Beratungskompetenz)- Gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten- Eine offene, ehrliche und loyale Art
