Description du poste
Propose multiple technical solutions and assess the corresponding pros/cons;
Develop and transform technical concepts into equipment for manufacturing and quality inspection of new and existing product;
Create technical documentations in CREO (2D & 3D) for manufacturing and inspection tools of finished and semi-finished products;
Assure quality design via dimensioning of mechanical parts and validation of assembly via tolerance stack-up calculation;
Follow international norms and internal best practices;
Maintenance of documentations within the internal PLM;
Validate the designed equipment to reach product specification;
Propose continuous improvement activities.
Description du profil
Technician designer certification (ET, ES) or Professional Certification (CFC designer) with experience;
in dimensioning and realization of mechanical drawings;
Experience in mechanical assembly and tooling tuning is an advantage;
Proven experience on CAD software, CreO is an advantage;
Good knowledge on ISO dimensioning;
Good knowledge of machining and part production process;
Fluent written/spoken French. Ability to write and present reports in English is a plus.
