Le rôle: Product Owner Proxy (F/H)

Responsabilités:

- Elaborer un cahier des charges, des spécifications fonctionnelles et des critères d’évaluation de solutions informatiques
- Définir un besoin par sa description mais aussi par ses limites
- Découper une solution informatique en blocs indépendants afin de pouvoir les réaliser en autonomie
- Être le référent du besoin business de nos clients internes et être en charge de sa définition et valider sa conformité
- Mettre en place et maintenir la cartographie des fonctions remplies et à remplir par le système d’information en collaboration avec les architectes

Ce que nous recherchons:

- Formation universitaire ou HES en informatique
- Expérience de 2-5 ans en qualité de Business Analyst sur des projets d’envergures
- Expérience dans le domaine bancaire et de la gestion privée
- Connait la plupart des domaines fonctionnelles d’une banque
- Connait particulièrement les contraintes légales liées à la FINMA et la CSSF
- Excellente maîtrise des outils de modélisation et de MS Office
- De langue maternelle française avec d’excellentes compétences linguistiques en anglais (ou inversement)
- Proactif, responsable, et aimant relever des défis et des challenges
- Capacité d’analyse et de vulgarisation du langage bancaire, grande capacité d’écoute, et orienté client
- Structuré, clair dans ses descriptions, et esprit d’équipe développé
- Rigoureux, dynamique et autonome
- Excellent relationnel et capacité à communiquer
- Esprit de synthèse et pragmatique, doté-e d’une bonne compréhension des enjeux technologiques et commerciaux
