At Wingtra, we put our users in the center. The world is always changing so we need Product Managers who are continuously adapting and excited to work on products that affect our customers’ daily work.
- In this role, you will own the overall user journey and services that go around the drone. Increasing the lifetime value of our product by not only working closely with our customer base but also cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer success and engineering to guide services from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You will take full ownership for driving and shaping your products to bring the most value to our customers.
- Being responsible for Wingtra’s global services you will drive Wingtra’s recurring revenue streams and evolve them into one of the company’s key pillars.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will fully own and increase our share of existing extended service products that support customers throughout the drones lifecycle: from onboarding, maintenance to end-of-life
- You will discover and validate ideas for additional service products to solve new and complex customer problems
- With your business acumen and analytical experience, you will drive the strategic expansion of our services packages overall
- You will be key in communicating and driving collaboration with our marketing, support, sales, and engineering teams to guide service products from inception to launch
- Through defining the right go-to-market strategies, you provide business value to our end-customers, our resellers and to Wingtra
**Requirements**:
- Min. 2 years of Product Management experience
- Previous collaboration with or experience in Business Development
- Understanding of service products and excelling at assessing, implementing, and using leading user analytic tools
- Proven track record of successful implementation of service oriented products - using some “best practice” features and functionalities
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- EFTA work permit
**Plus**:
- Business degree, MBA or degree in service design
- Experience with product management of HW enabled service products and recurring revenue streams
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, sales, customer support, or marketing for an enterprise product
- Proven ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
- Existing network in industries like AEC, surveying, mining
