- DEMAND PLANNING MANAGER (M/W/D)

AN UNSEREM HAUPTSITZ IN LUZERN
- IHRE AUFGABEN- Verantwortlich für die kurz
- und langfristige Bedarfsplanung unter Berücksichtigung der Bestellaktivitäten unserer Kunden und Märkte
- Erstellung von kurz
- und langfristigen Prognosen unter Berücksichtigung von saisonalen Bedingungen, Trends, Distributionsbedingungen und Produkteinführungen und -eliminationen
- Überwachen des Sales & Operations Plans und regelmässige Abstimmung mit der Produktionsplanung und dem Verkauf entsprechend der aktuellen Bedarfslage und den daraus abgeleiteten Engpässen
- Vorbereiten und Verteilen von konsolidierten Monats
- und Marktberichten (Sell-in, Sell-out, Stock)
- Erstellung umfassender Datenanalysen, Interaktion mit Schlüsselschnittstellen und Unterstützung beim Management Reporting
- Aktive Teilnahme an Projekten zur Verbesserung des Planungsprozesses
- Vorantreiben und Sicherstellen einer kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Planungs
- und Zuteilungsprozesse und des aktuellen Berichtswesens
- IHRE KOMPETENZEN- Ein erfolgreich absolviertes BWL Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Eine qualifizierende Weiterbildung im Verkauf von Vorteil
- 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Gewerbe oder im Bereich Consulting
- Fortgeschrittene Excel Anwenderkenntnisse und eine damit verbundene Affinität für Zahlen
- Analytische, selbständige, vernetzt denkende und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
- Fokussierte, genaue und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an Prozessen und deren Verbesserung
