Purpose
Direct global demand consolidation and optimized usage of factory capacity in line with company strategy and availability targets. Be the Planning partner for Integrated Planning/Finance, Global Logistic, Program and Strategy, Sourcing Ops, responsible for translating Brand/Market ambitions into tactical & operational requirements. Provide actionable insights, while establishing and maintaining a Global Planning framework that can be leveraged across all BUs/ Markets and planning horizons.- Key Accountabilities
- Drive and implement level loading plans in collaboration with Sourcing to ensure optimal use of factory capacity and capabilities with the objective to achieve relevant KPI
- Create Global availability projections and develop plans to achieve targets whilst investigating drivers of variations to targets
- Develop and implement processes and tools that contribute to product availability targets
- Support strategic and creation zone IBP drumbeat for GOPS, provide insight for sell & and produce zone to support capability & capacity building for supply base
- Develop, establish and govern Global planning policies, framework, processes, parameter, and reporting
- Drive process harmonization across Brands, Divisions & Business Units
- Support strategic initiatives/ projects as required and drive operational excellence through continuous improvement
- Actively manage and coach team, setting objectives, providing feedback and supporting personal growth and development

- Strong collaboration skills and proven ability to work cross functionally in a matrix organization to achieve goals and objectives
- Strong communication skills and personal presence, with proven ability to interact, influence and convince at senior management level
- Demonstrated capacity to lead a high performing team; ability to coach, guide and develop talent
- Fluent in English, additional language is a plus
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems. Master's degree is a plus.
- 10 years of experience in supply chain management including leadership experience.
