**DISTRIBUTION PLANNING MANAGER**

based in our offices in **Meyrin**, Geneva, Switzerland

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Distribution Planning Manager** to join our team. _Y_ou will play a key role in optimizing allocation rules and priorities, inventory management, and overall supply chain operations. **Responsible for our product availability, novelty launch plan and deployment of the omnichannel strategy**, you will lead a team of supply chain professionals, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction **for our watchmaking segment**.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

**Demand Planning**:

- Actively contribute to Sales & Operations Process (S&OP) for short, mid and long term production planning review.
- Provide statistical analysis on market demand to support Supply decision making
- Communicate efficiently with downstream organizations on decision processes

**Supply Planning**:

- Drive short and mid-term allocation processes, considering market needs
- Coordinate product launches and ensure smooth deployment across relevant departments
- Act as the interface between commercial and manufacture to prioritize production activities
- Drive the stock policy in our distribution center

**Sales Administration**:

- Oversee sales administration activities, ensuring accurate order execution and tracking
- Collaborate with Group distribution teams (RID)
- Contribute to key projects on Supply Chain orchestration focusing on deployment of new allocation tools.
- Monitor and report product presence in markets, providing insights to management

**Team Leadership and Management**:

- Lead and develop a high-performing and passionate supply chain team
- Set clear objectives, provide coaching and guidance, and conduct performance evaluations

In addition to your key responsibilities, you will support change management initiatives to facilitate the Maison's strategic evolution in distribution.

**WHAT ABOUT YOU?**
- Proven experience as a supply manager or in a similar managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory control, and planning systems
- Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills and mindset
- Strong team player, at-ease with transversal collaboration
- Autonomous and with excellent interpersonal skills
- Continuously demonstrating agility and willingness to drive changes
- Ideally SAP experience/knowledge
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
